The SDCERS Member Portal is a dynamic addition to our web site, allowing active and retired members to securely log in to the site and view their individual account information. Comprehensive account information is available, including service credit, contribution balances, DROP account information, 13th check, 1099-R statements and health insurance coverage (for City of San Diego retirees only).
In addition, members may submit certain changes to their account information through the Member Portal.
Please be aware that updates submitted through the Member Portal are not updated in our member database immediately. Upon receipt, SDCERS will verify and process the information. Please allow two weeks for changes to your account information and up to six months for Purchase of Service Credit contract processing.
