Privacy Notice for Documents Related to Retiree Health Benefits
SDCERS may assist with payment and reimbursement of certain retiree health benefits for City of San Diego retirees. SDCERS does not request health records from members; however, if you send in health records (e.g., medical reports or receipts), we do not store them, and instead securely dispose of them. Healthcare provider invoices and enrollment forms will be kept in accordance with SDCERS' retention schedule.
