SDCERS is currently accepting nominations for an election to fill the remaining term of the vacant Active General Trustee seat on the Board of Administration.
Active general members of SDCERS were sent a letter with instructions on the nomination process. Candidates must be active general members of SDCERS employed by the City of San Diego.
Nominating petitions are to be submitted online, and candidates must obtain a minimum of 10 endorsements online from active general members, employed by the City of San Diego, no later than 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 2, 2016.
To sign a petition: active general members of SDCERS need to visit https://www.esc-vote.com/SDCERS and follow the prompts to sign a petition. They will need to enter their personal validation number located at the top of the notice that was mailed to their home. They will then need to click on “Sign a Petition Form,” and then enter the candidate they wish to vote for in the field “Name of Nominee” and then their information in the other required fields.
