Use the following five resources to learn more about your SDCERS retirement benefits.

1. Website -- Visit the SDCERS website, www.sdcers.org, to read about various topics such as membership, retirement eligibility and survivor benefits. You can also watch past Board meetings, access forms and review booklets and fact sheets.

2. Member Portal – The SDCERS’ Member Portal allows members to view account information and make important changes, like updating beneficiaries. Learn more about the Member Portal here. Log onto the Member Portal here.

3. SDCERS Call Center – SDCERS’ knowledgeable Call Center representatives are happy to answer your retirement questions, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by calling (619) 525-3600.

4. Retirement Benefit Calculator – SDCERS provides an online benefits calculator to help you estimate your retirement benefits. You can find the calculator here.

5. SDCERS Scoop – The Scoop is SDCERS’ all-member newsletter, mailed directly to your home! Inside you will find news and educational information about retirement benefits, health care and services offered by SDCERS. The Scoop is issued quarterly.
