SDCERS Board Schedule

The SDCERS Board of Administration meets six times a year, approximately every eight weeks, on each scheduled Friday at 8:30 a.m. PST. Meetings are held in SDCERS' Board Room on the 3rd floor at 401 West A Street, Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92101. The meeting schedule is reset each January and you can see future dates and times of Board and Committee meetings on our Calendar, towards the bottom of the home page, or by downloading the current year's meeting schedule available on this page. You can also sign up for electronic notices regarding SDCERS Board and Committee meetings on this page

Fiscal Year Priorities and Action Plan

Each year, SDCERS’ Board of Administration and staff leadership agree on a set of top priorities that support our Mission Statement, Vision Statement, and Core Values. In turn, the SDCERS Leadership Team develops a list of action plans to support those top priorities. These action plans are typically above and beyond the regular daily business conducted by staff, and some items may take more than one year to complete. The number of priorities and supporting action plan items in any given year is based on the needs of the organization, the Board of Administration, and SDCERS participants. You can view previous years' top priorities in the action plans below, as well as the end-of-year results of each action plan.
